Pursuant to the content of art. 13 of the General Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016 (Official Journal EU L 119 of 04.05.2016) I inform that:

pursuant to Article 6 para. 1 lit. a) Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the EU for the purposes of: marketing of own products and services, contact by phone and e-mail, transferring data to other entities – cooperating with the Administrator: accounting office, courier company, Polish post office;

based on Article. 6 clause 1 lit. f) Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the EU as necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the administrator (marketing of own products and services, telephone and email contact);

based on Article. 6 clause 1 lit. c) Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the EU to comply with a legal obligation requiring processing under European Union or Polish law, to which the Administrator is subject, to the extent that processing is necessary, including the Accounting Act and the Labor Code;

based on Article. 6 clause 1 lit. e) Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the EU to establish, pursue or defend claims, to the extent that processing is necessary;

Your personal data will be processed until the consent to their processing is withdrawn or their processing for business planning purposes ceases, subject to the data processed on the basis of art. 6 clause 1 lit. c) and art. 6 clause 1 lit. f) Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the EU, i.e. when the obligation to process them required by applicable law expires or ceases to be necessary to establish, pursue or defend claims.

You have the right to request the administrator to access personal data, the right to rectify their removal or limit processing, the right to withdraw consent, the right to object to processing and the right to transfer data. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
